Welcome to Penn View Pets, a professional dog grooming salon located in the town of Wincanton, close to the Somerset and Dorset border. Working on a one to one basis, I use my expert, compassionate handling skills, knowledge and experience to provide the highest quality of care for your pet in a safe, calm and stress free environment – ensuring your pet receives a personal and enjoyable service.
As well as being Higher Diploma qualified, which provides eligibility to become a member of the prestigious Guild of Master Groomers, I am also a qualified tutor & assessor, having spent 9 years managing a training academy. I also have qualifications in cat grooming, canine massage & exercise therapy as well as canine nutrition. I take huge pride in my work and strive to provide a professional and reliable service tailored to meet yours and your pets needs and requirements.

Dog Grooming
Here at Penn View Pets I offer one to one, personal grooming, meaning your dog will enjoy a calm, pleasant grooming experience in my fully equipped, air conditioned, modern salon.
I offer a full grooming service and will carry out a consultation with you to decide the best option for your dog. I am guided by Kennel Club breed standards however these are often not practical or possible so can be adapted to suit you and your dog. We will discuss your requirements, lifestyle and grooming routine at home to be able to provide you with the best results.
I offer all services from a nail trim to bathing, clipping & scissoring to ensure your dog looks and feels their best. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements. It is impossible to offer a quote without seeing your dog, especially mixed breeds therefore an approximate price will be given over the phone. Prices vary depending on a number of factors including density of hair, size and temperament. Unfortunately I no longer offer handstripping or grooming of large breeds.
